Terms & Conditions

Diagnostics

• A diagnostic fee may apply for fault finding and assessment services.
• If the customer approves the repair quotation, the diagnostic fee is deducted from the final repair cost.
• If the customer declines the repair quotation, the diagnostic fee remains payable.

Repair Quotations

• All repair quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
• Repair work will only begin after customer approval.

No Cure, No Pay

• The No Cure, No Pay policy applies only to eligible repairs as agreed in advance.
• Diagnostic and assessment services may still be chargeable even if the device cannot be repaired.

Data Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for backing up their data before submitting a device for repair.
• Laptop Repair Shop Enschede cannot be held responsible for data loss occurring before, during or after repair.

Parts and Components

• Replacement parts may be new, refurbished or sourced from third-party suppliers depending on availability and customer agreement.
• Delivery times for parts are estimates and may vary.

Warranty

Warranty applies only to the repaired fault. Warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage
• Liquid damage after repair
• Customer misuse
• Unrelated faults
• Software issues unless specifically repaired

Insurance Reports

• Assessment fees for insurance reports are payable in advance.
• If the customer proceeds with the repair and the device is not reassembled and returned unrepaired, the assessment fee will be deducted from the final repair cost.

Abandoned Devices

• Devices not collected within 90 days after notification may be considered abandoned.
• Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the customer before further action is taken.

Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the value of the repair service performed.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of income or business interruption.
