Bring your laptop, MacBook, tablet or smartphone to our workshop. We spend the first 10 minutes reviewing the problem together and performing an initial assessment.
If the issue cannot be identified immediately, the device is scheduled for the next available diagnostic slot. Diagnostic fees are paid in advance.
We perform a component-level investigation and determine the exact cause of the fault.
You receive a clear quotation before any repair work starts. If approved, the diagnostic fee is deducted from the repair cost.
After approval, the repair is completed and tested. You are notified when the device is ready for collection.
